• Take Exit 45W (27A West)

• Make a right at traffic light (going west on 27A or Main Street)

• Go through first traffic light

• Next street is Meroke Lane - Office is in white house on corner on left

From the Long Island Expressway:

• From West:

• Take Exit 53 South (Sagtikos Parkway)

• Proceed to Southern State Parkway East

• Then follow directions from Southern State Parkway

• From East:

• Get off at Exit 62 (Nicholls Road)

• Go South to Sunrise Highway (27 West)

• Take Southern State Parkway East to Exit 45 West

• Follow directions from Southern State Parkway

From Sunrise Highway:

• From West:

• Exit at Carleton Avenue South

• Make a left at the third traffic light (CVS on corner)

• Keep going on Main Street (27A) approximately ½ mile

• Office is on the right - next to Sawyer Insurance

• From East:

• Exit at Southern State Parkway East

• Proceed to 45W

• Follow directions from Southern State Parkway
